1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and jilima ("jilima," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jilima online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of jilima's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

jilima reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

2 Eligibility

To register and use jilima, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using jilima.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your applicable jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jilima, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from jilima or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming registry.

3 Account Registration

To access jilima's gaming services, you must create a single registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on jilima. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. jilima will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• KYC Verification: jilima may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card) and proof of address.
• Account Suspension: jilima reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or failure to complete required verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jilima Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: jilima accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards. Payment methods are subject to change; refer to the Platform's cashier section for the current list.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the Platform's cashier section. jilima reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. jilima reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to alternative methods.
• Transaction Fees: jilima does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.
• Prohibited Funding Sources: You must not fund your jilima account using payment methods that do not belong to you, or through any means that constitute money laundering or fraud. jilima complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jilima may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jilima reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or collusion, will be forfeited and the relevant accounts may be suspended.
• jilima reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any bonus funds already credited and subject to active wagering requirements will remain valid for the period stated in the original promotion terms.
• Bonus terms are stated in English. In the event of any ambiguity, jilima's interpretation of the promotion terms shall be final.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilima Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating or match-fixing in relation to games or sports betting markets.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform or the experience of other users.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without jilima's prior written consent.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the jilima Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform ("Content"), is the property of jilima or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content; (b) modify or create derivative works based on the Content; (c) use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform; or (d) use the jilima name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilima, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

jilima does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, jilima's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall jilima's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilima account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9 Responsible Gaming

jilima is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Age Restriction: jilima strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any player found to be under 21 will have their account immediately closed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting jilima's support team or using the self-exclusion tool in their account dashboard. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Reminders: jilima provides optional session time reminders to help players manage their gaming time.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic reality check notifications that display time spent and net gaming activity during a session.

10 Termination

jilima reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; failure to complete required verification; or at jilima's sole discretion for any other reason consistent with applicable law.

You may close your account at any time by contacting jilima's customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11 Amendments to These Terms

jilima reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jilima will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 10.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and jilima, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting jilima's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
